Enrollment Policies and Procedures
Families interested in registration must submit a completed registration form and a $50 registration fee. For families registering more than one child, the registration fee for each additional child is $25.
Children are admitted on a first come, first serve basis. Applications for admission may be received at any time throughout the year. Class size is limited to maintain a beneficial child-teacher ratio – our current capacity is 24 students, with two full-time teachers and supplemental teaching artists.
Parents will receive notification in writing that their child has been accepted. Upon admission parents must submit a current health examination form, immunization records, an emergency contact form, and any records from previous educational experience for each child.
The Learning Center is a diverse community of learners, open to all students without regard to race, color, religion, handicap, ancestry, national origin, or sex.
Tuition is due no later than the 15th of each month for the following month. Therefore September’s tuition is due on August 15th. If a family has more than one child enrolled in The Learning Center, they will receive a 10% discount on the tuition for the additional children. Contact us for current tuition rates.
Financial scholarships are available for families requiring tuition assistance. Scholarships will be awarded based on demonstrated financial need and available scholarship funds. Click [here] to download a scholarship application.
